Getting early morning breakfast burritos at Knapp's Wraps in White Rock (Yes, they've moved back). My usual choice is the Denver Wrap; sausage; red chile. I try to get there once a week - at least.
I love street food,and you choice sounds divine! The Twin Cities finally are getting "with it" and now have mobile food carts in both St. Paul and Minneapolis.
I like seeing those around, but I've always been leery to buy food from those mobile places (but then same goes for places like Taco Bell for me). My husband would have no problem though and he'd order up.
